Delivery Information

Orders will be sent i.d.R. processed and shipped on the same or next working day.

The products from our online shop will be shipped with DHL. We reserve the right to switch to other shipping methods or companies, especially for products that are shipped directly by our suppliers (drop-shipping). Furthermore, we reserve the shipment of goods which are subject to an age rating in accordance with the Youth Protection Act, the choice of a shipping method with "presbyopia" by the deliverer to ensure the majority of the recipient.

You can obtain information about the status of your delivery via the tracking of the respective shipping service provider. We will inform you by e-mail about a corresponding link for tracking the shipment or the shipment or order number.

If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification about a new delivery attempt or that the order can be picked up in the parcel center / at the neighbor. As a rule, deliveries are stored for 7 days and returned to us after the deadline. The cost of any returns (for example, in the case of unavailability, negative presbyopia) shall be borne by the buyer.
